Personal Trainer & Bootcamp Instructor Kelly Gay, Owner of Laurel Fitness has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2015 and has helped over 100 clients achieve their goals with Personal Training and also in his Bootcamps. He has over three years of martial arts training experience in Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. He is Certified through (NASM) The National Academy Of Sports Medcine, (ACE) American Coucil on Exercise, The World Fitness Association and the International Sports Medicine Association as an Accredited Personal Trainer. He has also attended an Intensive Personal Trainer course with an internship at Body Design University (Atlanta, Ga). The intensity of that course encouraged Kelly to put his words in Pen not Pencil. Kelly has a saying for his clients and others, “If I can do it, you can to!” Once upon a time, Kelly's heaviest weight was at 210 lbs. He has 40 reasons today to be your role model and motivator. Kelly is now weighing in at 170lbs, that is 40 lbs of weight loss. Kelly can be caught doing them insane Spartan, Tough Mudder, and other obstacle course races in his leisure time.
